These terms form an agreement between you and Stefan Velickovic ("we", "us"), the provider of Café Simulator (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.
The product
Café Simulator is a browser-based business simulation game. Every player can play the first 30 in-game days of each save for free. A one-time purchase ("Full Game") removes that limit, enables Veteran mode and allows leaderboard submissions. In-game money is fictional, has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn.
Eligibility and your account
You must be of legal age in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or to send spam;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- interfere with the Service's security, including malware, probing, scraping, or manipulating saves or leaderboard results;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, artwork, documentation and branding.
Service level and warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost data or profits. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your saved games may be deleted.
General
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger or sale. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Contact: stefanvelickovic33@gmail.com.
